A website that brings in business. Not one that just sits there.
ARCHR designs and builds websites for companies of every kind — dental practices, law firms, contractors, studios, restaurants, consultancies. Live in two weeks. One flat price. You own every account.
No pitch. I'll record a short video showing three things your site is currently missing.
Most business websites quietly lose money.
Not because they're ugly. Because they were built once, years ago, and nobody has looked at them since. The industry barely matters — the failures are almost always the same three.
It's slow on a phone
Most of your visitors are on a phone, deciding in a few seconds whether you're worth their time. Six seconds of load and they're already on a competitor's page.
There's no obvious next step
A visitor should never have to hunt for what to do — call, book, buy, enquire. One clear action, visible without scrolling, on every screen size.
It doesn't look trustworthy
People decide in seconds whether you're an established business or somebody's side project. Stock photos and a 2014 template answer that question badly.
Everything that turns a visitor into a customer.
Not a list of features. A short list of things that actually change how much business the site brings you.
Built mobile-first
Designed on a phone screen before a desktop one, because that's where most of your visitors already are.
Copy that sells
I write every word. Plain language about what you do, who you serve, and why someone should choose you over the next option.
Forms people finish
Three fields, not eleven. Every extra question you ask quietly cuts the number of people who make it to the end.
Search foundation
Page structure, schema, fast load times, and a properly set up Google Business Profile. The groundwork that makes you findable.
One clear action
Call, book, buy, or enquire — whichever matters to your business — always visible, including a sticky button on mobile.
Proof front and centre
Reviews, credentials, client logos, case numbers — whatever you have that makes a stranger trust you, put where it does work.
Analytics that make sense
One monthly email: visitors, enquiries, form submissions. No dashboard you'll never log into.
Full handoff at launch
Domain in your name, hosting in your account, every password sent over. Nothing held hostage, ever.
Three ways to get a website. Here's the honest comparison.
I'm not the right answer for everyone. This should make it obvious either way.
| Do it yourself | ARCHR | Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $0–500 | $1,800–3,500 flat | $8,000–25,000 |
| Your time | 40–80 hours | About 2 hours | 10–20 hours of meetings |
| Timeline | However long it takes | 2 weeks | 2–4 months |
| Who writes the copy | You do | I do | A copywriter you'll never meet |
| Who you talk to | A help centre article | Me, directly | An account manager |
| Built to convert | Rarely — templates are generic | Yes, it's the only goal | Usually, but brand comes first |
| Who owns it | You | You | Sometimes them |
Nock. Draw. Aim. Loose.
Four steps, two weeks, no mystery. Every archer runs the same sequence in the same order — and the discipline is in not rushing to the release.
The call
Twenty minutes to set up properly. What you do, who buys from you, what the site has to accomplish. Fixed quote within a day. Nothing gets built until the target is clear.
The design
You see the homepage before anything else exists. Everyone wants to rush this step. It's the one that decides whether the rest lands.
The build
Remaining pages, copy, forms, speed work. You review one link and leave comments right on it. Corrections happen here, while they're still cheap.
The launch
Domain connected, tracking verified, every login handed over. Once it's away it's yours — the site, the accounts, all of it, permanently.
Every arrow gets the same draw.
The scope changes between packages. The standard never does. An $1,800 refresh gets the same attention, the same speed targets and the same person building it as anything else on my desk.
Start your project- No templates, ever. Every site is designed around your business from a blank page — never adapted from someone else's.
- Speed isn't negotiable. I don't hand over a site that loads slowly on a phone. That's a floor, not a goal.
- I write the words. Copy is where most websites actually fail, so it never gets left to you to figure out.
- One person, start to finish. The person you talk to on the first call is the person building every page.
- It's yours from day one. Every account, every login, every file. No exceptions and no leverage.
One price, agreed before we start.
If the scope changes, we agree on it in writing first. You will never receive a surprise invoice from me.

RISK
You see where it's pointed before I let it go.
The homepage design comes to you before anything else gets built. If it misses, I revise it. If we're still not aligned after that, we stop there — you've paid the 50% deposit and owe nothing further. I'd rather lose a project at the draw than drag a bad fit across two weeks.

I'm Caleb. I build one site at a time.
I've spent the last three years studying marketing, and that's the lens I build through. Most people who make websites start with how it should look and hope the results follow. I start from what actually makes someone pick up the phone, and design backwards from there.
The technical side — speed, structure, search, how a site is actually put together — I know that cold. But it's table stakes. Plenty of good-looking sites sell nothing. What decides whether yours works is the thinking behind what goes on the page, and in what order.
I work across industries deliberately. A dental practice, a law firm and a roofing company have almost nothing in common on the surface — but their websites fail in exactly the same three ways, every time. Working across the board means I've seen those failures in a lot more variations than someone who only ever builds one kind of site.
ARCHR is deliberately small. You won't be handed to an account manager, and your project won't sit in a queue behind eleven others. You email me, I answer. That's the entire org chart.
The things people ask.
Can't I just use an AI website builder for free?
You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. What those tools won't do is decide what your site should say, structure it around how your customers actually buy, or notice that your quote form asks eleven questions when it should ask three. You're not paying me for pixels — you're paying for the judgment about what goes on the page.
What do you need from me?
A twenty-minute call, any photos you already have, and answers to about ten questions. That's genuinely it. I write all the copy. If you have no usable photos, I'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone and how.
Do I own the site?
Completely. Your domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you receive every login at handoff. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing is held hostage. This one is non-negotiable for me — too many business owners have been burned by it.
Do you have experience in my industry?
Maybe, maybe not — and I'll tell you honestly which on our call. Here's the thing though: a website's job doesn't change much between industries. Load fast, say clearly what you do, make the next step obvious, prove you're trustworthy. What differs is the detail, and that comes from you in a twenty-minute conversation. I'd rather ask you good questions than pretend I already know your business better than you do.
You're not local to me. Does that matter?
Not for the work itself — everything happens over a call, a shared link, and email. What I do need is a real conversation about your market, your competitors, and the customers you actually want more of. That knowledge comes from you; I build around it.
What if I don't like the design?
That's exactly what the homepage-first step is for. If the first direction misses, I revise it. If we're still not aligned after that, you keep the 50% deposit as the cost of finding out and walk away with no further obligation.
How do payments work?
50% to book the project and hold your slot, 50% on launch day. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no retainer you have to remember to cancel.
How long does it really take?
Two weeks from kickoff for the Launch package, assuming you get me your photos and answers in the first few days. The most common cause of delay is waiting on the client, so I'll chase you politely.
Do you do SEO or run ads?
I set up the foundation — site speed, page structure, schema, Google Business Profile, location pages — which is what actually moves the needle for most businesses. Ongoing SEO campaigns and paid ads aren't my focus, and I'd rather refer you to someone good than do it badly.
What if I already have someone handling this?
Then keep them, if they're responsive and the site performs. Take the free audit anyway — if everything checks out I'll tell you so, and you'll have a second opinion that cost you nothing.
Let's find out what your site is costing you.
Send me your website and I'll record a short video walking through three specific things costing you business — layout, speed, or messaging. It's free, and there's no pitch attached to it.
